I'm sorry, but this is not a great free kick - it literally went straight over the wall, right at the keeper. The only reason that ball went in is because the goalkeeper is three feet tall.

This is what it's like every time one of these people has sex.

From the website:

Good design makes the driver forget his car is, at its core, a crude, brutish, and violent solution. A man sticks a pump deep into the earth to extract the one of the few concrete pieces of evidence of the existence of our predecessors, the once great creatures who dominated the landscape reduced to minor explosions

My list is significantly reflective on my age and when I started playing Final Fantasy games. I've never beaten one, as the concept of grinding was lost on me (as this was a pre-WoW experience), but my favorite is probably FFX if for no other reason than I'd buy an XBLA game based on blitzball. There was a similar post on Jezebel a few days ago. In the comment section, the author of the post only replied to comments that were complimentary of Kinja. Anything that was critical, whether justified criticisms or whiny bitching, was pushed off the first ten thumbnails/discussions/whatever.

I don't know, Facebook tells me I'm the only one of my friends who actually knows this place exists. I don't think greater social network connectivity is all that great a feature.

Exactly.

You mentioned great points getting buried, but it also seems that for any great point to get noticed in this new system, there must be replies. So I could make a good point, but if no one responds to it, it still gets buried regardless.

I mean, it's presumptive to assume either that someone is loaded or in debt because they have a nice house/car. To assume the latter just seems kind of insulting.

It's a Suzuki GSX-R. If you watch the video full screen, you can see the big red "R" at the bottom of the speedo.

It seems most everyone has a length list, and I'm certainly among them in that there isn't one particular thing that annoys me anymore than another, but I think it can all be summed up like this: People who don't drive with any sense of purpose or destination.
