Great video.  I’ve seen it before, but totally worth posting again. 

I agree that this looks SUPER bad for him, but in his position I would 100% not talk to the police either. There are zero upsides and many, many, many downsides.

If the police ever want to interview you for something where there’s even the remotest chance you could be a suspect, you need to lawyer up. Cops are interested in clearing cases and naming suspects for DA”s to charge, not necessarily in getting to the truth.

Yeah, I find it hard to believe the crew shooting the video was aware the authorisation had been denied. It’s the kind of thing only suits would be able to decide, not a filming crew or the driver(s).
