Yeah, they call them snake shot (Sometimes Rat shot) rounds. I’ve fired them from my .45. I don’t know that they’d be terribly useful in taking someone down, and they don’t seem to have much of a spread, but I certainly wouldn’t want to be shot with them. A Shotgun is definitely more effective for this.
