I’ve almost been hit twice in the past week by texting-and-driving people and cut off at least three times by people staring at their phone.

I see this every morning. So, here’s my take:

I side with the biker. I see too many people texting while driving and it doesn’t seem that the police are doing much about it . I feel the the penalty should be on par with a DUI.
