No, the software was programmed to know that cyclists inherently think they own the road and will ignore yield signs, traffic lights and generlly pull out in front of moving traffic while demanding equal treatment from motorists.

I’m sorry but learng stick on a C5 ZO6 is probably one of the easiest cars to learn on. It makes so much tq and weighs nothing, 1st gear goes to 60mph so you could stay there highway or or back roads and unless your dad had a lockout modification you moved to 4th and that’s where you stayed.

That’s correct. I’ve been verbally warned, after being pulled over for other violations like speeding, tints, exhaust, etc... but never pulled over exclusively for it or been ticketed.

Front plates are more of a suggestion IMHO as I have not had one for almost 20 years now in NYC area and I’ve never been pulled over for it on any of my cars.
