Wrong. My 2002 Acura RSX Type S had SRS airbags in the seats.
I just read up on this and my take away was they basically intergrated a torque converter with a dual clutch setup and the torque converter automatically locks at a certain threshold and the transmission basically mimics a DCT from that point and then smoothes things back out at lower (traffic) speeds.
To be honest I’m more surprised it didn’t come with the DCT from the M3/M4 instead of this 8 sp shitbox that no cares about.
