How does this comment not have more stars!!!
I would like to read/educate myself with some more evidence backing this claim up: “Also, where track days are concerned, the Cobra IRS is arguably not as good as the live axle once it’s converted to a 3-link setup (torque arm + watt’s link/panhard bar).”
Yes because the reality is neither is aging that well in their entirety. It’s more that certain areas or angles or whatever are aging better on both. For example the profile here is aging way better then next gen. But the front end on the next gen is aging better than this one here. my $0.02
Serious question.... What is the realistic likely-hood of the IMS failing at this point with 100k+ miles? Is it one of those things where if it was going to fail, it would have by now?
Woah I missed the boat I guess... when did Formula E suddenly not suck anymore then F1?
It’s actually a brilliant marketing gimick that will pay serious dividend, espeically with new 2020 Supra and be worth well beyond the $121k they paid for the car, which isn’t suddenly nothing either.
I’m going to throw the Kia Stinger in as my vote for a car with more (or as many) fake vents.
The car is a delicious piece of automotive perfection but my god that color is so excellent on that example.
My 07STi is a weekend toy so for the occasional cars and coffee sure why not.
But does the GT3 use a flat plane crank vs the GT2?
I want to mount those wheels from the 22B on my 07 STi so bad.
Cobra needs a red eye to stick it to Dodge.
I was really hoping that maybe this article would touch on why they chose to go with a cross-plane crank vs the flat plane crank they use in the GT350....
3 Pedals. It doesn’t take me long to shop
:(
The 5sp tranny grenades with anything more then 300whp put through it. Or a handfull of launches. Whichever comes first.
Like the WRX’s “5sp grenade”
When you’re right, you’re right. Future of Toyota is to rebody and brand everyone else’s offerings in the name of bean counters.
Man I really don’t like this car. It is such a disgrace to label it a Supra. Better left dead then to half ass it like this. In an era where the Toyota Camary has added over 150hp since the late ‘90s the Supra remains more or less the same power levels if not worse. This is not an homage.
You should start your own Netflix comedy show. That was gold Jerry, pure gold.
