In the sticks approach and departure angles make more of a difference for SUV's. Modern SUV's continue to be produced with smaller and smaller approach and departure angles in the name of fuel economy. My 07' Tahoe's ground clearance is nothing to write home about but is completely reasonable at 9.1". It also was…
I completely agree. Back in the day my uncle had a CJ6 that he believed was the greatest offroad vehicle of all time. He took us out hunting in it, got as far down a run down forest road as possible, over rocks, logs, potholes, through a stream, finally we couldn't go any further so we got out and went hunting. …
I feel like this should be much more simple than that. Something to the tune of creating a new device driver.
This new tire temperature sensing system raises a big question. What happens when the OE tires are swapped out of some other brand because of course I know better than the manufacturer as to what rubber will make the car perform best (/sarcasm). Or more importantly what happens when you head to the track and swap…
Agreed, a Caesar dressing is nothing without a few hits of Tabasco.
Good thing you let off, sounds like you may have had a tire out of balance. Definitely not something you want at high speeds, especially in a vehicle that is prone to rollovers.
100 in an Expedition shouldn't be too bad, I've hit 135 in a Tahoe and it was surprisingly stable. Was there something wrong with your Expedition?
Why stop there? Isn't it obvious that also at fault are the companies who made the implants, manufactured the silicone, and harvested the silica sand. Also those that created tooling to be used in the creation or installation of said implants. The person who discovered the process with which to turn silica into…

I have to say that the few times I answer my cell or make a call while driving I find that my driving is much less aggressive. I would vouch to say that it is safer as I keep a larger distance between my vehicle and the next, as well as more closely follow the speed limit. I also am less likely to pass other…
I'll skip on both and get two V6 Mustangs please. If I had to choose one it would have to be the Diesel though.
So this is what happens when you mate an Audi R8 with a Chevrolet Volt... I still can't figure out where the birthing hips come from though.
I am highly dissapointed and somehow amazed that without pace notes "Why did you turn?!" was not exclaimed in distress at any point during this video.
I once saw someone autocross a rat rodded '29 Model A Pickup. The front axle hop / chatter was extremely hilarious albeit most likely horrifying from the driver seat as he understeered through 20% of the cones on his way to the slowest time of the day. It was awesome and cringeworthy to see someone flog such an old…
I want it, so bad. I would fit a quieter exhaust, get rid of the stickers, and daily drive this beast of a microvan!
I met the owner of this interesting Bentley at a friends wedding. He is a very down to earth old guy who thought all the confusion the badging causes is extremely funny. The front emblem and wheels have also been fit with custom Hyundai badges. It's all very well done.
Needs more manual...
Thank God hes ok! What with the being thrown into "large boulders at 8+ miles an hour" and all.
