As a resident of n.e. Ohio I was wondering that myself. I can only imagine how rough a Tweel would ride when (not “if”) those spaces get packed with several inches of “partly cloudy”.

Blowouts are only “common” (and not really all that common) on heavy commercial trucks and I don’t see Tweels being useful for that market any time soon.
