AK-47's are already pretty heavy, adding a full drum mag and a chainsaw to one would make it a beast to lug around. If I had to carry a rifle for any distance I'd rather have an M4 with a bayonet.

If you are close enough to your enemies that you need to have a chainsaw mounted on the end of your rifle you should be close enough that accuracy won't be a problem.

I discovered Babylon 5 about halfway through the 2nd season, but it is one of my favorite shows of all time. I think I have re-watched it more than any other show (yes, even more than Firefly). The special effects are very dated, but that's just how much I enjoyed it.
