I’m all for taking things in stride but damn... lol.

Well yes, there is that too. I live in Canada so my mind doesn’t always jump to the conclusion that someone will shoot me over something petty like that.
I mean... I get where you’re coming from but even a cheap & gutless enduro bike is going to be able to outpace a McLaren P1 on city streets like that. Nothing to do with pure power and acceleration, everything to do with the ability to turn on a dime and potentially even hop curbs and leave the roads entirely.
Honestly, the entire Battlefield series has always been able to provide the most satisfying kills & killstreaks. Whether it be extreme long range sniper shots, mid-air kills (for/against), ridiculous killstreaks, vehicular mayhem, insane dogfights, devestating bombing runs, cool shit in BOATS, tank stand-offs, and the…
I never knew I needed this so badly...
Anti-air emplacements. This is a very large and fortified base and any air support from the Empire would have been an entirely futile effort. That’s why you don’t see any air support in their initial push, too close to the base. Fixed anti-air installations in the Star Wars universe ain’t nothing to fuck with.
He can control kinetic energy, its not about “potential” energy, whatever that might be. Unless I missed it, I read through all of these comments and not one of you mentioned the word kinetic. I don’t really consider myself that much of a nerd, especially not about X-Men, but c’mon guys.
It’s really not that complicated I just wanted to make sure you had enough information to figure it out, but I can condense.
Are you... are you serious? This isn’t complicated. You’re either being willfully ignorant or refuse to suspend disbelief to allow this piece of fiction to work.
I was going to complain that you didn’t timestamp-link the video to hear when Finnegan says that but it took all of 2 minutes to get to the quote.
This is probably the best, and simplest, description of Andy Warhol and his art. Well said.
This was my thought at first, “if I owned an NSX, no way in hell would I be idling in a drive thru line when I could be enjoying that beautiful car.”
Nail, meet hammer.
Thank god, I thought I was the only one. I mean the concept was kind of cool and the dedication was impressive. That being said, the movie itself was a snorefest. I could not get interested in it, no matter how hard I tried. Since it received such good praise, I stuck it out thinking it would get better. It doesn’t.
The devs having this type of control vs. the voting mechanism are completely different. So no, they did not opt into it. Also, how could you opt into it without knowing it exists?
Is the word sad really that triggering for you? Did this strike a chord for you? Not sure what warranted that response.

I find a lot of comments like this on Gawker lately, was there any point to it? I’m just stating that, our society, is not traditionally nurturing to these types of ideas.
That’s exactly my point. While I do think this is fun and I personally wouldn’t mind, I know that there are people out there who would find this invasive.
