I don’t think so. If it was reported under the NEW Texas law, that’s civil not criminal. So not mandated for report. And now the DA has decided it isn’t a criminal case. Under the new law, anyone in TX can now sue her for 10,000 dollars, and the hospital is directly responsible for her private medical information…
