That's not even accurate. OSX Server is for Servers. Not users. iOS is for mobile devices. Windows Phone 7 and Windows RT are for mobile devices. While both Windows 8 and Windows 8 Pro are both for computers. More versions are available for Windows than OS X.

ICS seems so polished to me. I love using it.

You download the torrent, and then the torrent client uses that torrent to locate others who have the file that torrent leads to. You then download from all those other people(seeders). That's why it's faster to have many seeders. The more seeders, the faster the large file can be downloaded.
