A few friends had a similar conversation with me not too long ago. I went to rehab and everything, and have been sober since. It really is crazy how much your life improves if you just let it. About to hit my 6 months sobriety date, which I know isn’t that long, but for me it’s a lifetime.

I’d be good with nightly releases rather than all at once. You still get all of it quickly, you can discuss each episode the next day, you’re pretty clear on what episode everyone is on when discussing it with others, etc.

They didn’t watch the Chappelle special before demanding its removal. Why start now?

Did you watch it? He doesn’t hate trans people he literally is making fun of the transphobic idiots. Its barely nuanced, anyone with an ounce of common sense can see it, IF you actually watched it.

It’s a show not afraid to ask, “How much Stranger can Things get?”

It has some issues, but I unabashedly love this show.

I, too, was hesitant about the Batmobile parts - being a gamer who can’t aim very well :) but man was it fun blowing shit up and racing around Gotham!!

I love how they made a subtle nod to Kim’s dilemma when she checked the time when she was restless early in the episode. It was 3:17 but there’s a small reflection that reads “LIE”. I swear, they never miss an opportunity to add in some nuance

I don’t think it’s ever a good look for actors to badmouth other people’s films.  And it’s especially a strange look for Curtis, who has made some great movies, but also plenty of subpar ones.

I’m reading that as just someone saying in a light-hearted, trash-talking tone. Like they’re at a sporting game. Not someone who’s trying to tear down another for the point of being mean spirited and insulting. So this is no big deal to me. 

In addition to being better than Doctor Strange at just about Everything, EEAAO beats it at the most important metric of all, the number of butt plug powered fight scenes. I’ve been saying for years that the butt plug count in the MCU has been downright terrible, practically non-existent even, and it’s finally coming…
