Sister Mary is second to nun.

Ureña is definitely an asshole who deserves to get plunked only because his suspension wasn’t as long as it should have been... but Mattingly is doing a good job here protecting his player. Zero problem with this decision on his part.

One tip: Wait until you fully open up the world and spend a few hours dicking around before you judge it. Because it takes a while to really get into it, but once you do it doesn’t let go. (It’s kind of like Breaking Bad in that respect). And don’t worry, it’s not like most AC’s when it comes to “opening up”. Once you

I had to draw a diagram and write little numbers on it just to understand all this. Now I’m gonna use my map pencils to color it in. It’s a good drawing.

Somebody better bean Jurickson Profar in the fucking head in his next at-bat.  That’s how it works, right?

I have some questions. I just don’t know what they are yet.

My cousin drives a Uber and when he gives me a ride while he’s on the clock i usually just jump in the trunk cage, so Reddick is probably right about that. It's the obvious explaination.

Likely because he asked, they know he’s the husband, they know what occurred, and they have no vested interest in keeping it private?

This is why I hate this ridiculous concept of “teamwork” in the workplace.

This is nuts that it went on for so long and so extensively. I don’t want to blame others at IGN for one person’s rampant plagiarism, but shouldn’t they have had at least 1 editor who would’ve identified this sooner? Also, if this has happened so frequently, wouldn’t there be other creators who would’ve have

I feel bad for all the honest hard working writers at IGN in all this, it seems like in some circles they’re being found guilty by association. Good for Jason and Kotaku that they’re fairly reporting IGN’s response and reaction when discussing this story.

Ohhh but according to all these old school analysts/scouts and out of the league players baseball is sooo boring and dying. Meanwhile this year we’ve had one of the best crop of rookie talent the MLB has seen in a very long time.

Know what turns me on? Naked women. I know! I have to go around my new neighborhood and tell people before I can move in. I hope I see some naked women when I do that.

So my name gives me away a little, and I realize I’m swimming upstream against a very popular Deadspin narrartive, but ....

Am I the only one who is constantly bothered that the depictions of the strike zone on TV and these plot graphs are two dimensional? The strike zone is fucking three dimensional! Is their plot based on the ball crossing at the front of the plate? I can only assume, but it is such an oversimplification and it

I never understood hating on couples with age disparity. Obviously, the relationship has something to offer for both parties involved, and these two seem particularly happy.

In doing more digging, there’s a very good write-up of this that someone at NYMag did, detailing all the twists and turns of the N-word tape story.
