This young man was obviously resisting arrest and pushed the cop , which is felony assault . Michael Brown had just assaulted a store owner in a theft . And was charging an officer . Yes I know Brown claimed he had traded weed for the cigars with an employee. That is still theft . The owner was defending his property

Not to point out the obvious, but if you’re resisting arrest, a punch in the face is about the friendliest compliance tactic you’re going to get. It’s a perfectly acceptable use of force on the part of the police, certainly when they’re making an arrest and the man is question is actively trying to fight them off.

Run for office twice, was Special Assistant and Senior Speechwriter to a US cabinet secretary, and served as head of Elections in the largest jurisdiction in Virginia. Also currently serve on the Economic Advisory Commission in the same county. I’ve lobbied and been lobbied.

So, I should not admit this. Ever. But this is the internet! I am a reasonably sized man, so my fears and privileges are different than women. So, it isn’t the same. I went to a mediocre-at-best law school and graduated in the middle of my class and my legal experience is in personal injury law and debt collection. So I’m about as comparable to Michael Cohen in terms of the calibre of my pedigree as you’ll find. So you can believe me when I say this.

I remember watching my dad play RDR. When Jack confronts what’s-his-face by the water, my dad shoots him from a distance and then turns off the xbox, “that was a good game.” Drove me crazy. “BUT DAD! The credits! You have to have a quick draw with him to get the credits.”

Just waiting for Curt Schilling to be caught in the web.

Faux controversy is such a desperate cry for publicity.
