I'm often wrong on things (ask my fiancé! :) ) but I REALLY don't get why curbing cheating would be so hard here.

I'm not familiar with this. Could you post or link to the original photo?

Yannick, I'm rolling around over here! You're reviewing style is awesome.

Me either. One thing FC3 had going for it was how I could meander through the jungle and genuinely feel in my (admittedly unfamiliar with what a real jungle) mind like I was actually there on the island!

I had the same problem, in the same way as you.

Yeah, that always struck me as odd too. I really, REALLY enjoyed FC3's story.

One thing that really bugs me in FPS' when there's a stealth element involved is how UNFAIR and IMPOSSIBLE successfully clearing areas can be. Generally it's due to an all knowing AI, which definitely kills my buzz.

This will likely be a comment read by no one seeing as I'm not an approved commenter on Jezebel:

It's not hurting the publishers; that's the point of the article. The consumers need to change their buying habits for real transformation to take place.

Excellent post, my friend.

And how about that Edison tie-in with the video of that elephant getting electrocuted!? It gives me chills just thinking of it!

I don't think it's as simple as that, but my opinion ultimately does come to the same conclusion as you.

My AC story goes the same as you. After Brotherhood I was just left bewildered that they would essentially abandon what made their franchise unique. I genuinely believe that they ended Desmond's arc in a manner they hadn't originally planned on thanks to:

One of my most beloved gaming memories happened years ago.

I realize I'm in the minority here:

Ok. You guys finally got me. I needed a decent router for a good price.

Yannick, is this your first genuine attempt to 100% a game in the vein of Mordor (meaning: open World/riddled with side quests/Etc)? The reason I'm asking is because years ago I attempted to do the same thing with an Assassins Creed title and the pure act of it genuinely ruined my experience (and memories) with the

Kotaku is lucky to have Yannick on full-time now. His perspective on games is unique and always entertaining.
