I will weigh in. While I hate to say it, I am for banning them as a former bicycle commuter, hit twice because someone couldn't hang up and pay attention.

Pressure cookers rock. Even the jiggly kind!

I worked in the dental industry for twenty five years, a the greater portion of that as a manager of a computer aided diagnostic lab with clients (dentists) throughout the U.S. and Europe.

I make a lot of sushi for company and nigiri is so simple. Rice in one hand forms the "finger", fish in the other, assemble and done. Even cut rolls are best done by hand. The roller is good for shaping and conforming toppings like masago, avocado or sliced fish.

I find it interesting that the asker has had so many problem landlords. I own a rental unit as an investment. I have never lived in it nor is it something I cannot sell in a heartbeat due to its location.

Add sugar and lemon juice to the water... More better corn.

While a roux-leading to a white sauce or gravy isn't a dish it is a skill that should be learned. As Lord Byte mentioned, the combinations are endless and can translate to improve many dishes. Pork chops can rest succulently in gentle cover of mushroom gravy. That can of curry powder can be transformed into a

Talking to girls is the easy part. Finding the right one to talk to is more of a challenge. The good news is discovery is fun!

Bacon fat makes everything better. Yep.. It really does.
