Not quite following, why is Seattle included in there as having moved a "significant" distance from center? Safeco Field was built a block away from the Kingdome...I aint gonna run down there with a tape measure, but I find it hard to believe it is more than 1,086 feet further away from city center.

It just got me in the mood for playing Sim City 4 again. Much better experience.
