I don't think they were twins. Based on the conversation between Jenny and Saffron, Jenny and Tessa were the younger sisters, Abby and Saffron were the older sisters. Jessica is the mother, though the EW review calls the younger sister Jessica.

Giving advice is one of the ways to create the privilege, but I can't remember how
