The question I now have, five years on, is whether an app launcher is still a relevant piece of software for Win 10+?
I’ve never considered this, but now I’m intrigued as to what phrase will take over: flash a copy? write a copy? charge a copy? float a copy?
Great article, but a question: isn’t claiming that we’ll never know if there is a God or life after death a bit question-begging without further qualification?
Workers have rights without having to pay unions for those rights.
Google Voice user here: it’s been rolled into Hangouts and works well, from my perspective. I live in Europe and regularly use it to make and receive free calls over data to the US. I also use it for SMS for my Google Voice number and my European number and have no difficulties.
Incredible how quickly people rise to defend Woody Allen and how quickly they rose to take down Bill Cosby. I’m not saying racism is at play, but maybe racism is at play.

I work in a church-related field, and this is very similar to how some approach informal counseling when a church member is trying to break out of a cycle of destructive behavior. If someone wants to quit binge-drinking, for example, there’s a lot of discussion about triggers and patterns that lead to a night of…
No snark in this question: how do you get work done w/ Harry Potter playing in the background?
Saw it last night and was surprised at all the negative reviews. Then I read them. Quick summary: “we want more levity (like Marvel), we want more one-liners (like Marvel), we want less introspection (like Marvel), we want a movie that just shows us random, disconnected, rubbery CGI battles (like Marvel) without…
Just installed Malwarebytes this past week on someone’s recommendation and very happy with it.
