The first Model 3s sold were *literally* the production prototypes.  You cannot get more Beta than that.

Not everyone’s necks swivel.

The weirdest problem I’ve ever had is when the indicator stalk went on fire.
(Right-hand drive Opel Kadett, the version that also was the Mk1 Vauxhall Astra)

Simply throwing the fly-tippers’s trash in trashcan for them simply increases that free-rider problem.

When Jag did the XJ220, it was an attempt to have the fastest road-car in the world. Which succeeded.
And which followed on in their history of having had the fastest road car in the world.

When you provided earlier links, you stated “jail is always on the table”, and that fines were levied. Hence the request for a link to someone who actually got jailed.
Thank you for the link. Offensive humour <> written threats of violence.

So you have no specific examples of people being jailed for “offensive humour”?

Media is screened by thought police?
People are jailed for offensive humour?
I’d be interested to see the specific examples you (are no doubt able to) cite.

Sparkling water is acidic. Aluminium can be attacked by acid. Aluminium ingested is a major Alzheimers risk.
The big question is: why do we drink soda/pop/ginger/skoosh from aluminium cans?

Of course, making an i3 gives you 50% better range.

This is the mid-engined mini I had. (not a pic of my actual Grant Touring Mini Rossa, but mine, like most, was red. And I had planned to put the MG Metro’s pepperpot alloys on mine, until I discovered (by buying them) that the pepperpots had a different pitch circle diameter for the wheel studs, so wouldn’t fit on the

Nissan’s problem is their pesky habit of selling cars at a profit.
So they are stuck selling a car that costs them $38k for $42k. Whereas Tesla continue to offer a $55k car for the same $42k.

(That, and the fact the Leaf has a gear-clit instead of a gear-knob).

The only problem is that most cab rides have 1 person travelling.

That was my bedroom poster car when I was in high school.  :-)

What the NHTSA keeps pointing out is that the detail numbers are precise, but not necessarily accurate in terms of predictive value in real-world crashes. Which is why they only want the less precise, but roughly accurate, figures bandied about in earnest.

It’s a false-precision thang.

Jaguar XF R Sport, 2017 with Carmax Warranty, $29k Sorted!

(I tried to find a Sportbreak wagon, but none for sale on-line, that I could find)

To be even more pedantic, Tesla are claiming that the NHTSA state it.

The NHTSA state that the NHTSA do not state it. And want Tesla to stop claiming that they (the NHTSA) say it.

If marketting cannot be objectionable in and of itself, then “fraud” cannot be a thing.

It turns out, fraud *is* a thing, and so marketting can, just by itself, be objectionable.
