I have accounts at three different banks. I don’t think my wife is going to like me following this analogy too far.

It was a nice weekend in Atlanta and the park near our house has a number of stops. A 2-mile walk along the greenway takes you past a couple dozen stops. Not many lures, but lots of families out and about, playing.

Autoplay on videos is a definite ‘nope’ for me, regardless of source. It’s become so common on so many websites/apps that I keep my phone plugged into earbuds while it sits on my desk.

...before saying forget it, go buy it yourself.

That’s my method too. Every Monday morning, between brushing my teeth and getting in the shower.

Well, do you?

“Looks like electronics in this bag. We may need to check this out because they might be, um, bombs. Hopefully, they packed the “bomb’s” charger, too.”

I’ve told my wife many times “Bring me a Hershey bar and I’ll let you debauch me. Or, don’t bring me a Hershey’s bar. Either way, I’m good to go.”

How does voice purchasing work on the Echo?

Put up a sign?

I have the most amazing ‘Recommended For You’ list from Amazon, given the weird things I look at.

I never understood the need for cutesy things like this in order to wake up. If people need this, great, but I don’t understand.

Here, here! I read that “suggestion” and was horrified. Hominy? Cabbage?

Wifey and I mentioned this to another Kindle user at dinner a couple weekends ago. She looked at use as if we had two heads*. If took some convincing that rebooting was a ‘thing’ with Kindles. Weird.

I mentioned below, but I’m happy loaning the government some money since I get my refunds in Amazon gift cards with Amazon’s ‘110% back’ program.

My wife gets an annual bonus. We allocate a hunk towards our next vacation, a hunk towards our next home improvement, and a hunk towards savings. A final hunk goes to her for splurge money. It’s never part of the monthly budget.

Way back then, I went through a broker. The 80's-90's was the rise of the discount brokers so they were all pushing for your business and had really cheap transaction fees.

You don’t need much to get going. My first investment in the stock market was $53 when I was 21.
