I think you’ve found your next sous-vide masterpiece.

My wife and I are on opposite sides of the nut/no-nut debate. I prefer my brownies with nuts (preferably pecans) and she’s just wrong.

On Christmas Day I make four appetizers to nibble on between breakfast (monkey bread) and dinner (standing rib roast).

As an untanned white guy, i.e. a pasty chef, I also approve these changes.

I don’t work Friday or Monday, but I have company from Thursday night until Monday night. Therefore, I will do none of these things.

Yes, my usual stuffed pepper recipe is mostly meat and rice in a tomato-y sauce, with a little cheese on top. I’d have to do some serious adjustment to make it “dip suitable”.

And no employees at any of these other companies can read your notes? Sure.....

He leads a sad life if his activity of choice is reading my posts. :-)

Every time I think about doing this I chicken out and make then the normal way. I really need to just make me one to see how it all works, the timing, etc.

You’re doing what to vampires?

I assume everything I put online can be viewed by some employees of whatever company I’m using. So I encrypt the stuff I need to and don’t worry about the rest.
