Yes, my usual stuffed pepper recipe is mostly meat and rice in a tomato-y sauce, with a little cheese on top. I’d have to do some serious adjustment to make it “dip suitable”.

Every time I think about doing this I chicken out and make then the normal way. I really need to just make me one to see how it all works, the timing, etc.

I assume everything I put online can be viewed by some employees of whatever company I’m using. So I encrypt the stuff I need to and don’t worry about the rest.

I love using a rotisserie chicken for stock or broth. I can throw a carcass into the pressure cooker after dinner to make it immediately or toss it into a freezer bag for later.

Bah. I’ll stick with Velveeta and a spoon.
