Technology will not solve the problem of shitty drivers. Education, and more education, followed by rigorous testing in order to renew a driver’s license is the answer. Taking a test at age 16 and driving for 60 or 70 years, practicing bad habits over and over for decades, makes for shitty drivers. Continual learning

Well done Elizabeth! Thanks for sharing.  Survival is the key to everything you’ve ever done and will ever do. Keep on writing about the things you are most passionate about. The naysayers are gonna naysay, ignore them and listen to the kinder voices. Wishing you all the best on the next chapters of your life.

Who wouldn’t in their right Jalop mind want this fine example of 1970's automotive excellence?  Wagons are our bread and butter and maybe a bit of jelly too.  That price is most excellent for this survivor.

CP. Nice older BMW sedan. Mostly well written description and pics with weird BAT reference. Not perfect. Why did they purchase last summer only to sell after less than a year? Overpriced, would offer 60% like we’re all supposed to for Craigslist ads.

CP. Toyota, no. Project, no. Salvage, no. Overpriced by $10,000, yes. Even offering the mandatory 60% Craigslist first offer it’s too many $$$. Not a bad color combination for a small jacked up pickup.

It’s easier now than ever to overland the USA. From west coast to east coast, back again, from Canada to Mexico north to south back to north again. Made those drives more than once. The Interstate Highway system and a few Motel 6s and Super 8s and Dennys (not to mention the ubiquitous gas stations) make it not too

Nice pics. Nice floormats (I have some WeatherTec’s too). Dirty engine bay. How many miles? 100,000 or 200,000 or 300,000? No idea. No details about why a new transmission and throw out bearing. Racerboy shift knobs. Racerboy exhaust. Did they use this car to learn how to drive a standard transmission? Rare color?

Damn those seats look comfy!  I want it just for those.

Here you go:

One of many reasons I detest air travel. Mostly it has to do with being in a large tube with other humans who have questionable social skills and non-existent hygiene habits. And that last row of seats really does suck, was stuck in one for a trans-Atlantic flight once. Fortunately that was years ago and it was an

I know math is hard, this is 14 years old not 12.  lol

CP by a couple of thousand $$$. Overpriced old Honda in a boring color combination. Not rare, not collectible. Looks like a daily driver or commuter and should be priced accordingly. On the plus side the miles are low and it has my favorite anti-theft devices. Had a Honda once, was nothing special, not unpleasant, just

I’m curious about 3rd gear: Beijing wants to improve its air quality by cutting down the number of diesel-powered trunks,...

The price is fine for what you get. First mod would be to toss the “Dixie” horn in the trash with any other sign of southern racist trash it might have..

The rule for driving a rear engine car, when cornering go slow in and fast out. This gets the front end down, adds front grip, so you can make the turn.  That and lots and lots of practice.  Looks like you had a great time there!  I’ve never driven a 959, but I have stood next to and taken photos of the last one

Nice cheap winter beater.  So nice price.

20 year old turbo time bomb.  Great color wrap though.

Yet another commercial espousing a 3 ton vehicle to move a 100 pound human. How much more inefficient can we get? Can I hear 4 tons or 5 tons or even 6 tons?
