I’m 40 hours in and loving it. Honestly my only complain is the wooden facial animations, but that isn’t distracting enough to ruin what, so far, is a really interesting story.

I enjoyed it too, despite its flaws. I think the best thing about Andromeda is that it gives Bioware a lot of room to continue the series. It sets up a galaxy that’s much less finite than the original trilogy did, and if they really learn from their mistakes then there’s a lot of potential for future storytelling. So…
Honestly, the bad reception is still a little stunning to me. Don’t get me wrong, it’s my least favorite of the ME games. However, when the other 3 are all all-time faves, that’s not saying much. I thought the game (well, as far as I’ve played, probably 50 or 60 hours in, maybe a little more, maybe a little less)…
Sounds like they know what went wrong and could easily remedy that next time around, but instead are possibly giving up. I’m really enjoying Andromeda.
I just finished my first Andromera run through. That game started off rough with lots of awkward bugs and kind of crappy animation. But it got better. SO much better. I grew to like some members of the crew a lot. I love the Krogan. The loyalty missions were surprisingly inventive and often funny (especially Liam’s…
Well, serves the Qatari right for not using his hotel for their celebrations and moving their airline’s offices out of Trump Tower. I mean, the Saudis paid him, so of course he took their side.
This.
Yeah. I really like Andromeda, but it’s not the same with no Hanar or Elcor. Also kind of weird that no Volus hitched a ride on the Turian ark (though for that matter, it’s weird that the Initiative thought it made sense to launch separate arks for the Turians and Quarians. Keep the guys with the weirdo diets…
‘So many executives, so much disappointment. If only they could have done something to prevent this. If only they had known that the modern Republican Party is an instrument of climate denial and champion of policies that have greatly accelerated the global march toward environmental catastrophe, and then worked to…
Everyone keeps trying to find that one thing.... when in fact there are a lost of issues that collectively caused the 2016 Fuckup. There is no silver bullet.. just a lot of silver buckshot from a lot of guns.
Why is this dickhole still talking about Hillary and the election?
It seems really silly to me when you look at the numbers and see Hillary won by 3 million votes. She didn’t lose the public, she lost the Electoral College.
Same. There are a lot of factors - some crazy and beyond our control like Russian interference. Racism was a factor, in many ways. Sexism was a factor, in many ways. Obama relentlessly taking the high road, the media drawing false equivalencies - all of it!
But don’t you understand, I want just one thing to be mad about!
No… Look. Shut up. All 50 states are exactly the same and the same 2 things were the only 2 factors in all of them. Period. And of analysis, where can I pick up my check?
I have long suspected that Trump didn’t win the election - “A Generic Republican” did. Trump turned off a lot of people, some of whom voted against him and others just stayed home. Trump may have done worse the Cruz or Bush would have done. I don’t think a large sgement of the country emerged for Trump. Maybe the…
Freund concludes, “relatively low voting rates among Democratic voters was a bigger contributor to the results than high voting rates among Republicans. Put differently, Trump did not win the white working class, Clinton lost it.”
The reason to oppose the death penalty has nothing to do with the people who deserve it. It has to do with the people who don’t. We execute innocent people sometimes. It’s that fucking cut and dried. If you are for the death penalty, you are okay with the state occasionally getting it wrong and murdering innocent…
My dad just said that whoever is leaking all of this info should be hanged cause he’s a traitor. I asked him if the subjects of these leaks should also be punished. Of course he was like no. I promptly blew up at him, reminding him he wasn’t worried about the person(s) who leaked the info from the DNC.
