Yeah like their cool. I give them mad props for branching out and experimenting. But people talk about them like they were the best punk band but i just don't like their early stuff. Its just kind boring to me. But when they started spreading out it gets pretty neat.

To play Russian roulette?

Damn, i'll die in obscurity

What about this?

I was joking about others using it as a pejorative.

Possibly. Everything happening now could one day be taught in classes to bored High Schoolers.

I've never heard of them. But i'll check them out after work.

No, you see its not treating others with basic decency. Its being a pc duck. It's truly weird and scary times we live in now. So we all have to stay together and stay strong. Treat each other with compassion and hope the world follows.

No.They don't like when their entertainment disagrees with them. They're fine with politics in entertainment as long as they agree with it. Just most entertainers lean left.

I've always found the Clash boring. I don't know why but i never just am like man i gotta listen to some Clash. I actually prefer London Calling. Like the self titled one i just find a slog. But what do i know, I'll listen to an hour of feedback and be completely transfixed by it.

Tbh if it wasn't for Johnny i always found Bollocks kinda dull. Like it's alright but musically i don't know. Its not as boring as The Clash tho. Ramones are superb.

So Damned over Pistols? And both over the Clash?

People near him thought the album was far to personal to be handed out in a similar fashion and name as the state albums.

You mean Freedom Noodles?

I have a friend who for some reason thinks its just the funniest thing ever to yell play Slayer! at bands at every show he goes to. A folk band did once playing Raining Blood which was pretty cool.

I really liked his tv show. I'll have to check this out.

It seems like one for sure and then there;s also the tie into meme culture which can be very good or very toxic. So surface level is where i'm good with but i seem to gradually stumble into the hole slowly.

I'd say that might have to do with its strong connection to meme culture. There's people that talk about it in a similar why that do it in a kind of intelligent way but then for everyone of them there's a thousand who talk the most and are just kind of dumb and don't get things but wanna seem unique and cool and

I think there is some differences but what might be the attached aesthetic that is the big separation. I'm no expert on it so i can't go in depth. I can tell between 80's synth stuff and vapourware in general when i hear them but i doubt i could put into words why. For me its just like sonic vapour that goes around

Vaporwave gets shit on so much but how is it any different then a rock band redoing the same guitar sound or style from their childhood that rocks been doing since its birth? Art is mostly re-purposing what came before and expanding it or adding new context to it. Vaporwave is just another genre.
