I’m assuming unless you host a website or server the only way most people would be able to use over 300 GB month after month is if they are downloading a lot of blue ray quality movies or tv shows.

My Twins can talk to each other in their own baby language as well as some actual english words.. Think for a language to exist it just requires at least two people to spend a lot of time together and create their own words in the absence of words.
