I have two eight year olds that are pumped as hell to see this, and their level of excitement coupled with gen x/z nostalgia is something I think will make this hit even if it’s dog shit.

I have two 8 years olds that are dying to see this, and since I grew up on Mario I have a pretty high interest in it too. Mario has pretty much been there or every kid since the 80's, so this will probably be enjoyable for everyone in the fam.
