Yeah.. As far as I know there are only two major MLB video game franchises available: The Show, developed by Sony for PlayStation only, and RBI Baseball, developed by MLB themselves for multiplatform. Of the two, The Show is the better game, cuz apparently RBI Baseball sucks.

At first I was excited with the leak.. Vanquish is one of the game that I skipped during the PS3 era on the account of it being too short and with no MP/replay value aside from the set pieces (compared to Uncharted 2 and 3 then), so I really had to choose what to spent my $60 on back then.

Depends on the game I guess. The PS3 Uncharted games can get away with cheesy voice acting (Charlie Cutter, Lazarevic), but the more grounded PS4 games would be unsuitable IMO.

The other catch is that, as ample as the offerings for PSVR have been, Sony itself remains curiously hesitant to cook up its most marketable dish. While Valve is making a bona fide new Half-Life game (not announced for PSVR, sadly) to sell the virtual reality gaming experience, Sony has had a three-year opportunity…

My word, the blurry, enlarged pre-rendered 2D background really stand out compared to the sharp, anti-aliased, real time rendered 3D models. Can’t they enlarge it with neural network enlargement ala that fan made HD FFVII remake? It’s embarrassing the fans are doing a better job than the company who owns the franchise.

Gran Turismo has truly transcended being just a video game. It’s connection to the world of racing is on another level... GT academy actually produces real racer out of teenage gamers, and car makers actually produce cars just to be put into a a video game.
