Fair enough, FF might be an exception, but unlike Musou, their games are mostly well received. Musou games somehow persist to exist despite their quality.

If we looke at their Metacritic scores, Naughty Dog has the most games with an average score above 90, with 7 games out of 15 (since 1986), they also have no games with a Metascore below 80.
Man... even compared to Hollywood and the music industry, the Musou is an anomaly that can’t be explained.
Oh, they’ve changed all right, but compared to their contemporaries, they might as well still be dinosaurs. Look at how much DMC evolved from DMC1 to DMC5, how Tomb Raider evolved from PS1's Tomb Raider to PS4's Riseof the Tomb Raider, hell.. how FIFA evolved from the PS1 era till now.
Hmmm... emulation scene ain’t what it used to be, back then Bleem and PCSX can perfectly emulate PS1, Dreamcast and PS2 at the same time the consoles were still on the market.
The last Persona to come out on PC was the first game exactly 20 years ago in 1999. The other games has been released on Sony’s platforms (PS1, PS2, PSP, PS3, PS Vita, PS4), so chances are none?
The Musou series baffles me... Why do Japanese gamers love Musou games so much? They’re unevolved, almost always bland, rarely challenging, insanely repetitive with flat, empty environments and simplistic enemy AI.
Were they really though? Look back at all their games, none of them are ever on the same level as Sony’s top tier Sony studios like Sony Santa Monica and Naughty Dog. They aren’t even on the same level as Sony’s mid tier studios like Sucker Punch and Guerrilla Games. They are only on the same level as the low tier…
This is Sony Bend.... they aren’t as classy as the top tier Sony studios like Sony Santa Monica and Naughty Dog. They aren’t even on the same level as Sony’s mid tier studios like Sucker Punch and Guerrilla Games. They are only on the same level as the low tier Sony Studios like Sony London and Sony San Diego, so you…
Nah, Sony’s second party and third exclusives (Nioh, Nier, etc) can come to other platforms. First party game made by Sony Bend, funded by Sony Interactive Entertainment though... it’ll remain exclusive forever to Sony.

I called it! John Garvin keeps stating in all of his interview, the freakers aren’t zombies, but he never really showed us why they’re different. They’re just generic zombies, and the special kinds even falls to the L4D categories, the usual zombies, the hunter, the witch, and the tank.
Yep, the model revealed herself much later on Instagram. No wonder Dina looks way more realistic than the generalized beauty Ellie.
Based on the same x86 spec, it’s a given the PS5 is backwards compatible with PS4. But what are the chances of the spec to be high enough to emulate PS3's Cell based, PS2's Emotion Engine and PS1's hardware?
Watched it yesterday, it was fine.
Dammit!!! Old usernames are not freed up. I need to rename my old Australian account from “Rich8606" to “Rich8606AU”, and then create a new US account using the “Rich8606" name, but it appears this is not possible.
My top 3 favourite ramen restaurant in Japan:
Damn.. PC have third party exclusives now.
Oh hell yes! Been waiting for this, next do Crackdown 3!
Oh yeah... I forgot about Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3. So maybe this is their business model now, quality exclusive releases over multiplatform.
