What are Microsoft’s first and second party devs doing this gen?!?

Okay, this getting ridiculous... Sony shouldn’t be winning over Microsoft this hard nor this easy:

You know what else still holds up? 1997's Abe’s Oddysee. The whole game can be re-released with no change in art direction and it will still look timeless:

I used to love Future Cops when I was a kid. Wong Jing is a Hong Kong film industry trash, but the Guile vs Ken convenient store parking lot fight was pretty epic to me as a kid:

Yeah... You all need to watch Jackie Chan’s adaptation of City Hunter:

EDIT:

Here’s what I would change about the movie:

Oh damn! Really? That is great. I collect all my side scrollers and Metroidvanias on my Vita, been wanting to add top down Zelda-like RPGs, but there is only Alundra PS1 Classic on Vita.

I’ve tweeted them asking about PS4 release and if Vita is also possible back in January, they only liked my tweet...

Nah, this happens every gen, Microsoft did the same thing to Sony last gen. Whoever’s leading in sales won’t allow the loser to share the leader’s bigger player pool, that would be bad for business.

Yeah... not gonna happen. Microsoft did the same thing to Sony when 360 was leading in sales last gen. Whoever’s leading won’t allow the loser to share the leader’s bigger player pool.

I know the PS1 version is not perfect. But it is currently on sale on PSN, along with all of Squaresoft games. I just bought Chrono Trigger half off for $4.99, now I’m thinking on buying FFVI or FFX, FFX-2. The sale is until the 18th.

They ran out of time. Ready at Dawn mainly developed PSP games and a Wii port of Okami, before they went and developed their first PS4 game.

I’m looking for action RPGs and RPG PS1 classics that are fully 2D, with no 3D graphics whatsoever. Aside from Alundra, Suikoden and Chrono Trigger, what else is there? Wild Arms, switches to an ugly PS1 era 3D graphics during the battle scenes:

Oh, I have SOTN. My Vita is pretty much filled with metroidvanias. Currently looking for action RPGs and RPG PS1 classics, ones that are fully 2D graphics. Aside from Alundra, Suikoden and Chrono Trigger, what else is there?

I read a lot of reviews, many people say Legend of Mana is more a collection of short side quests rather than a grand story, since you build your own map and chose which order of the small stories to play? I was looking forward to the Secret of Mana remake, but the cheap looking 3D graphics just doesn’t look as good

Having a hard time finding great 2D RPG/JRPG PS1 classics, aside from Alundra and Suikoden. I mean like fully 2D, Breath of Fire and Xenogears don’t count cuz they have 3D backgrounds.

My problem with PS Plus is that it doesn’t let you buy games you already downloaded for free.

Cue the Kaz Hirai memes~

I clicked this article thinking it would be about Yamcha...
