While the gamble might have backfired badly with the WiiU, it is actually still a smart move by Nintendo to not position the Switch as a direct competitor to the PS4 and Xbone. Nintendo hasn’t been one since the Gamecube era in fact, where all three consoles were on equal ground.

Huh? What are you talking about? Console games make more money than PC games. Why do you think publishers are closely partnering with console makers? Because Sony and Microsoft pay them a little bit of money? No, because software sales revenue are always higher on a console.

Over a city map though? I want side scrolling combat Vanillaware is known for. I don’t know if I like whatever that is in the trailer.

Oh, man. You really believe that? I don’t think Switch’s success is going to get in the way of PS4’s success. They will both sell well for years to come, the only loser here is Microsoft.

Dude... Microsoft did the same thing last gen. I’m a Sony fanboy through and through, but don’t think for one that Sony and Microsoft do what they do out of love and respect to us consumers. We are all means of making money for their investors.

I actually thought that’s the mission select screen or something when I first saw it.

I thought that looks like a overworld/mission select screen? Or maybe squad placement screen.

But the same can be said with ZOE’s lightning fast, topsy turvy combat. It’s a risk we should be willing to take lol.

Okay, this is very different from I expected it to be. Three trailers and I don’t see any combat system whatsoever, not when the characters are on foot or in their mechas. I expected this to have Odin Sphere, Muramasa and Dragon’s Crown’s side scrolling combat, only with mechas.

After the ZOE announcement, I feel like this is a missed opportunity. If Konami can add VR mode to ZOE, Sony should able to do the same with this game.

Whoaaaaa!!!! Please tell me this is not VR only?!?! If this can be played without VR, I’m gonna buy it day one.

Oh shi... I thought the conference was scheduled on Thursday. It’s today?

Well... my super villain name is Doktor Obvioso.

As long as Sony is ahead of their competitors this gen, they won’t allow cross-play, Microsoft needs cross-play more than Sony.

The story mode looks both too serious and yet too cheap looking to be taken seriously. It just doesn’t have the same fun, fan-fiction feel of the old games.

Oh, I know. The rest of her design is pretty retro. But her long side fringe is just too modern, shagged fringe didn’t exist back then, none of the other character sport any modern elements, just her.

She looks 9ut of place, she stands out like sore thumb next to the other characters with early 90s design aesthetic.

Oh no, I’m aware of that, it’s not her hair volume that bothers me. It’s her long fringe, that looks too modern, like late 90s, early 2000s modern.

Her hairstyle is too modern compared to everybody else. Should’ve gone with a more 90s hair.

I know. That is the same trailer from TGS 2015, only in English. I’m dying for a new info. The English website also only list PS4 and no Vita, unlike the Japanese website. Is only the PS4 version coming to the west? Cuz I want this on Vita.
