If Square Enix would just hurry up and release Type-0 over here, I'd happily put up with a smartphone dating sim...!!
Ideal battle system: FF X/SMT: Strange Journey

Duocedim was much more than an expansion pack - the balancing issues were fixed for starters (I feel your UVMC3 pain). They also added 6 new characters, a prequel story mode, a labyrinth mode, new costume and customisation options, and loads of other little things that I won't mention because life's too short. You can…
BBS was UMD-only, so it won't work legally...
In fairness, there's plenty of fun to be had on the PSP if you know where to look. I was the other way around to you - I was an early adopter of the DS around 8-9 years ago, and played it near constantly. Like you said, there are plenty of incredible RPGs on the DS, and incredible games from just about any genre…
I like Lego ;) I was born in '95 so the N64 thing went straight over my head, but that does sound pretty straightforward.
Haha I'll take your word for it - I play handheld games mostly, so I've never needed to learn...
That's true - IF you have the know-how to put your own gaming PC together. Most people don't.
Hopefully they'll give us a true sequel on the 3DS/Wii U in the not-too-distant future...
To be honest I prefer playing on handhelds. I got into SMT through Strange Journey on DS, and when I get around to buying a 3DS this will be high up on my wishlist of games for it...
And more recently Sony released the Xperia Play - look how incredibly successful that wasn't...
...Or just plain stupid.
Got it, thanks :)
Things get worse before they get better (at least that's what I'm telling myself). I'm going to get that extension now...
No, but as of now I'm going to find and install the Chrome extension (for the sake of my sanity)
When you're developing for smartphones, there's a fine cost Vs content/quality balance. Up until now I'd have defended Squeenix on this count, arguing that games like Chaos Rings, FF III and FF Tactics were worth their asking prices on account of their lengthy gameplay and high level of polish. This, however, looks…
...Am I the only one who thinks the new comments layout is even more of a mindfuck than the previous layout?
I cleared The Last Story in 22 hours - and because it's quite linear, you could do worse than to play this alongside/as an interval to Xenoblade (which I have played for over 40 hours and barely scratched the surface of...)
