For a community that’s fighting for acceptance and inclusion, they sure seem to be taking a page from the people they say are oppressing them.

It’s rude to JAQ off in public.
I would take you less time to Google why Rowling is transphobic than it took you to type out this comment, much less expect someone to reply to it.
It has an equivalent to a stealth kill I’ve done in a dozen games since Assassin’s Creed II. It has a UI I could best describe as “default”. It has crafting that sounds not far off from collecting bits of things to mash against other things like in Far Cry 3. I don’t know if it requires you to hold buttons to open…
Hearing that the game is a very bog-standard “AAA” release just makes the garbage people championing it to own the libs look all the sillier.
Oh she’s definitely a transphobe.
“The economy is doing fantastic, poors! Covid is over!”
Meanwhile in America
His whole plan was to get dates with the line, “Well, my name is in the credits for Soviet Republic..” and now his life is ruined.
The dude probably can’t afford it either. He’s just abusing the DMCA takedown system to troll the developers and deprive them of revenue. It happens to YouTubers all the time because anyone can file a takedown notice for any reason without providing proof.
DMCA is way too broad and easily abused.
Game mechanics like rules can’t be copyrighted so he probably doesn’t have a leg to stand on but it will take time and money for the courts to decide if it has merit.
Dude, he just wrote the article, don’t shoot the messenger.
Egotistical prick.
I really believe VR is not the future of gaming but a niche as it has always has been since the 90's. Not just price, but in preference, in general. It’s like handheld gaming didn’t replace console or PC. VR is just another form of gaming, but not THE absolute future.
That said, the scene in The Conversation where Gene Hackman pummels a bunch of guys in an elevator is one for the ages.
Agreed. As much as I love CA:TWS, its “70s conspiracy thriller” elements are pretty mild and mostly surface-level. You want a real conspiracy thriller, check out Three Days of the Condor or The Conversation, where the overriding theme is paranoia and uncertainty, and they have downer endings. TWS is an upbeat…
I think the genre bending aspects of the MCU are a bit exaggerated - Winter Soldier was an action movie from beginning to end - literally from the opening fist fight, car chase, and shootout to the climactic series of explosions.
Tune and Fairweather has published a couple other books either about Dark Souls or the genre - You Died (an excellent analysis of the first DS) and Soul Arts (a collection of fan concept art for the Souls games plus Sekiro and Elden Ring made with VaatyaVidya) - and while I’m still waiting for my copy of Soul Arts,…
I will say Lokey has written some of the best lore on Gwyndolin, they did a magnificent series on their rise and fall between 1 and 3.
