I mean, when your protagonists are very specifically portrayed as heroic, aspirational figures you would hope that they would get something accomplished. Otherwise it’s either an accidental critique of the entire system or the characters secretly suck at their jobs.

No, she’s there quite a bit, and when she’s there she’s infamously a massive asshole to people. She’s very demanding, very exacting, and people get fired for her petty grievances all the time. She’s one of the most infamous bosses in Hollywood, which says something.

MGS V, while tragically a very incomplete game, is one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever played. I highly recommend giving it a shot, it offers actual freedom in its sandbox setup and how you approach each encounter in a way that most sandbox games only pretend to. It’s fucking incredible.
