Some good advice there. I'm terrible with names (I'm sure everyone says that), but one way I find that helps with remembering names is when you're introduced to someone new, immediately think of someone else you know with the same name.

As a designer I use photoshop, illustrator, indesign and dreamweaver a lot. I've been thinking of replacing my macbook's superdrive with an SSD (I believe LH did an article on this recently) and just having adobe creative suite installed on it.
