not trying to defend, but more noting how the justification creep happens. Sudetenland and a good part of Poland used to be part of Germany until 20 years before then (i.e. end of WW1) and was populated mainly by Germans.

Just want to point out Japan isn’t a poor country, their gdp per capita is probably higher than the UK’s. not saying you’re wrong about why he’s there though he age of consent in japan is ridic though - like 13
that grilles probably fake anyway.
Thats not really an employer either, employer’s also set hours, and have far greater control over when and how you work.
Just to note...the Uber/Lyft model actually is how we already pay and treat taxi drivers. Taxi drivers similarly earn whatever fare they make, minus a “commission” paid for use of the vehicle, medallion etc.
There’s two ways to see this, I think.
Yes, we don’t need 2000 miles of fence as you say.
Well, I was making a point about the internal logic of your argument =P
I understand where you’re coming from too. I agree, that most people do not have a good grasp of how the tax law change affected their taxes.

It’s not quite “settle out of court”, but rather, you give up your right to sue in the government court system, and instead agree to mount your suit before private judges.
There’s plenty of comments disagreeing with you on “taken, not earned”, mainly for missing the third option “created”.
I think most reasonable people understand that’s what “Abolish ICE” means - it doesn’t mean just fire all ICE officers and call it a day.

lol Abortion is probably the best example, IMO, of the one issue that is impossibly divisive, because unlike others which can be described as based on misunderstanding/mischaracterization of facts, abortion imo, is the one issue that’s centered around a something that is not a fact, and cannot be resolved.
The problem is defining and calculating “true costs”.
That’s not necessarily a conflict.
That’s part of the problem. Noone’s ever actually debating or running for or against the true program.
