She would have made a great Laura/Maddie, Donna, or Shelly if cast in Twin Peaks in 89'. I can't imagine anyone other than Sherilyn Fenn being Audrey though.

hate to say it but the opening fight scene in the new season into the badlands, s2e1, was way and above more entertaining and original then all of the fights scenes combined in the 13episodes of Iron Fist. i only watch badlands just for the fight scenes, but they nailed it throughout the first ep, with a great mixture

Amazing actress. Love Daniel Clowes, so Wilson the movie should be interesting. i've got certain women to watch, so looking to see Dern in that.

i recommend the comedy series 'The Book Group' which Anne Dudek headlined in 2002 for 2 series. very funny and dark. it also starred michelle gomez and The Hound from Game of Thrones in a wheelchair.

I finished it last night and found myself shrugging my shoulders, it was very underwhelming and bland ending. You're right with the CW comparison. I'm not being ageist but instead of middle aged men writing it, maybe get someone who hungry to try and write something new or just more creative.

Was that a new Robyn track for the end credits? I was watching this before work this morning and only had a few seconds to Shazam but not Google the track, and got 'honey' by robyn.
This was a B for me. There should have been a Hannah/Marnie roadtrip episode because that opening scene was so funny, with the "you don't

I believe the Defenders mini series will be a tight 8-episodes, which i think is the right amount for all of these netflix marvel shows, because i've found them all to experience a lag towards the finish line.
i'm on ep11 and you've summed up a lot of my feelings about the show. it is very network-type of drama and

Shame, thought it was going to be a Netflix/marvel tradition thing. Each one doing their own spin on the oner.

Yeah, I was scratching my head at the pstd scenes thinking it was unbelievable that 15yrs with monks couldn't cure it,

No spoilers, but how is it 5 EPS in?

Cheers. Did Jessica Jones ever do a oner?

Can anyone confirm that there is a daredevil-esque one-take fight scene please? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I remember reading that in s1. Check out the Hollywood reporter oral history of girls which is a good read. I just think Shoshana has been sidelined a lot this season. The old college friends EP was not enough, but Ray gets featured way more and I can only handle him in small doses. They should have made more of

shit…18yrs since i saw American Movie in the theatre. i've don fcuk all with my life.

in an ideal world we would get a version of GIRLS where Shoshanna's story is more of a priority than Ray's. This season there has been more Ray than Shoshanna, and she is meant to be a main cast member, but she always gets the short straw out of the main 4 girls.

i fell asleep watching Tree of Life, and no need to rewatch.

when is Paul Rust going to play the son to Andy Dick's dad? i'm always reminded of dick when i see rust. it has to happen, some bizarre dad/son road trip movie to the gaza or las vegas strip [budget depending]

cool. i will have to check them out along with the Tootsie recommendation. thanks.

I watched 'Why? with Hannibal Buress'. I agree, totally not the format i was expecting. was hoping for a Louie-esque show from him instead. The musical performances were great though.

i would do him. he's cute.
