lol if only. the film was too twee. so twee that seaman probably didn't exist in that films universe.
i went through a 80's electro phase 10yrs ago. plus it was produced by linda perry who did Pink's Mizunderstood album [crickets] i'll get my coat.
I walked out of 500 days of summer in the cinema because it was hipster-shit. the only other film i walked out on was Guy Ritchie's Revolver, which was atrocious.
Girlfriend's Day was boring.
Planet Earth II was one of the best viewing experiences of the year [when screened in england earlier this year]. because it is actualy life and death, the chase scenes are the most tense i've seen since Breaking Bad and Planet Earth I. so fucking reverting.
lol, the only good thing in that film.
Was i the only one who bought Kelly Osbourne's 2nd album, Sleeping in the Nothing, because it had a whole 80's electro sound? yeah, thought so.
Is Charles Xavier his father in this series?
I am watching it, and i admire the creator's take on it, but it is leaving me cold. It just seems all style at the moment. I want the show to calm down. Love Jean Smart though!
No new Star review for ep8? Re. ep8, it was a decent episode with some lol moments, e.g. the coroner saying that the attack on the dead-step-dad was personal because he was stabbed in the back, lol. Plus i love how on Empire and Star, their cast list will make me go "Say Waaa", for example when Missy fucking Elliot…
shit, it's been 4yrs? i've done nothing in that time.
Julie Benz! i wonder what her stretch was for playing teen roles. i can imagine she went 7yrs. The writer could have just added her name after Greer and McGowan's.
I know. the actor can't help it though, as i think your body physically changes around that age. i'm 33, so just guessing but i think i'm right, lol. I don't believe the actor was the best for that role. they could have cast around lena and co's age. That gay character in Search Party is great.
Preach! it was a work of art. really hope HBO do good and bring it back for a 3rd and final season, ala The Comeback season 2.
Yeah, it had elements for me of when Levi went to rehab in season 2 and he came across those personalities, which Girls seems to be good at depicting as well. Ah i miss Enlightened, it is the best show of this decade. I have audio recordings of some of Amy's voice overs because they were so moving and meditative [e.g.…
i LOVE real time but wish they kept the original theme tune instead of making a 3rd version of it for the new show. I am the only person in the world who cares but it is very important to me, lol [Real Time is a great Saturday morning ritual]. Plus i fear Bill is going to have a mishap with that new moving desk sooner…
Elijah the actor is too old for the role. always found his mid-life crisis face distracting and never made me think he was an actual 20-something.
"All i ever wanted" was also the episode title to a great Enlightened episode. ahhh if only we got a final 3rd season!
Great to see Riz Ahmed [as i'm upto ep7 of The Night Of], just a shame British tv can't properly cater for minority actors, so they have to leave Britain to get better roles in the US.
RIP Tom Cruise Heidecker
