Because there’s a big difference between Democratic Socialists and communism/totalitarianism? They’re not the same thing and you’re being purposely obtuse by claiming that they are. They’re different belief systems. Nazis called them socialists as well but we all know they were really fascists. 

JFC, she’s a Democratic Socialist. She’s not advocating for the state to take back private land and she’s not arguing for the redistribution of wealth. She’s advocating for a Scandinavian type Democratic socialism with an improved welfare state and healthcare for all. Learn the difference before you spam the article.
