I think you're right to a point. Joe's not out and out evil, but there's a HUGE amount of collateral damage that follows him around wherever he goes. Bosworth went to jail, Mutiny lost their IP, Donna may lose her husband. And that's not counting the deliberate stuff like setting Cardiff's first load of computers…
