I look forward to Margaery's forthcoming marriage to Myrcella.

This was my interpretation as well. Stannis was trying to be both King and Chosen One, but Chosen One is more important.
I assume all that's gone because having half a dozen scenes where Stannis sits around talking battle plans with characters we've never really seen much of before is only ever going to result in people whinging about 'pacing'.
On the 6,000 men thing – if you were one of 6,000 men in an army, would you know what the other 5,999 looked like? All of them?
He wants it both because it's his by right and because Melisandre has convinced him that there's a prophecy and he has to save the world.
I think only the scaly bit is contagious. Otherwise how could baby Shireen have been cared for long enough for Stannis's wizards to save her?
I'd disagree that this was shock for shock's sake.
Agamemnon sacrificed his daughter Iphigenia when he was convinced that that was the only way the gods would let the winds turn so the Greek armies could depart for Troy. It set a chain of events in place that eventually resulted in his death (at the hands of his wife). I'd assume that that's where this plotline is…
In his interview with Rob Cesternino yesterday, Will was still trying to sort-of apologise for his behaviour towards Shirin whilst simultaneously dropping repeated hints that she'd deserved it and we just didn't get shown what a bad person she was.
Also, Carolyn is kind of responsible for fan favourites Joe, Jenn and Hali (and Shirin) going out so soon, by dropping her fledgling alliance with them, and was then heavily associated with the Axis of Evil for most of the series. I admit I'm relieved we're only getting one of Carolyn and Shirin because I don't really…
We did have plenty of the 'people standing around' challenges this season – the pole, the block of wood, the bucket of water, the leaning back holding the rope etc. Mike only (jointly) won one of them, so there were opportunities to get rid of him. They just didn't take them.
But not by that much – actually, if T-Bird had made it on in place of, say, Kelley, the average age of the women would have been bumped up to 38. Fully half this cast is in their 30s. There is though, I grant you, a much greater disparity in the ages of the men vs the ages of the women – 33 years between Spencer and…
In fairness to Tyler on that one, he more failed to correct Will's assumption than actively screwing Shirin over. But given how quick Will was to put the blame on Shirin, I think it's likely that if this didn't trigger him, something else would have. He was ready for a fight with her.
Actually, Mike suggested to Jenn that Will was hiding food. Jenn repeated this in everyone's hearing as if it was fact; Shirin agreed it was possible. Tyler told Will 'people' were talking. Will said 'Who? Shirin?'. Tyler said 'Yes, and Mike and Jenn'. Will then went off on Shirin.
Swapping Teresa for Kelley would also have bumped the average age of the female cast up to 38, and made T-Bird the oldest female player by a long way (56 to Kimmi and Kass's 42).
Because verbal abuse is still abuse. You may not consider it as such, but the law disagrees with you.
But if each season of Survivor is the direct product of the last season the players saw, this is totally the season of the anti-goat right?
Two tribes though. Spencer to narrate one, Vytas or Jeremy for the other?
God, who's the third in that scenario? Woo? Keith? Kimmi?
I assume someone suggested she was more likeable than Carolyn, and would have a better shot of snatching jury votes from Joe/Jenn/Hali/Shirin.
