Didn't Hali do that in the clip we saw though, and Nina basically gave the shortest answer possible and turned away from the conversation?

But from what I saw, they are making an effort – no one's ignoring her. No one's laughing in her face like Lindsay and Sierra were doing with Dan over on blue collar. I thought that was far meaner last week, but no one was denying that Dan was contributing to the situation either.

"the reason is because of her deafness and age, two things she can't change or improve."

Yeah, I think Hali's comment about realising that Nina "wanted to be a girl" was telling. I don't think she has kids, but she could still have tried to make inroads by being the mother figure on her tribe and taking care of the others. Instead, she seemed to expect them to take care of her. She made herself too

Whenever there's an outsider like this, I think of Rudy. To paraphrase, "They haven't got to change; you have to change". Nina was expecting the girls to make a special effort with her, and didn't understand that they weren't thinking about her – they were thinking about playing Survivor and how to secure their own

I think the "perceived" thing is the issue - we were shown Hali at least trying to start a conversation with her over the blisters, and Nina just shutting it down, really. Maybe they weren't making enough effort with her, but I sure didn't see any footage of Nina making an effort to communicate and build connections

I'd go with two people who are clearly irrational, myself.

Joaquin definitely had a good episode, I thought. We weren't shown any big fallout after the vote went against him, he had a moment of bonding with Tyler over the nudity thing, and he was their best performer in the challenge. It still might not be enough, but his position seems much less precarious now than I was

re. the timeline, maybe Bellamy was unconscious for a few days after the cold open?

I think the first person on to the jury often kind of sets the tone. This year it was Josh and then Jeremy, both players who value a strategic game, so it sort of makes sense that this jury would mostly behave like grown-ups about it.

Let's all be grateful that Missy probably wasn't physically capable.

Unless you're a woman. They probably wouldn't think you were capable.

If true, that would be very interesting. Natalie has to play her idol
next vote – if Keith wins immunity and Jaclyn has an idol too,
theoretically that would force either Baylor or Missy out. Probably
Missy.

That was basically Spencer's final move to ensure he gets invited back. Probably also out of respect for the game, but he must also have known it'd make great tv.

I'm really wondering about the lack of High Septon/sparrows – is this not going to be an issue later? Likewise Kettleblacks. Is Bronn going to end up standing in for EVERY minor male character missing from King's Landing?

If Bran doesn't warg into SOMEBODY to get them out of this mess, I will be very disappointed.

That hadn't even occurred to me yet, but yes! Ah well, I'm sure they'll find a way around it. Maybe Bran can fake his death a second time…

In the books, he's about 8 or 9. I agree with you though – however they've aged him up (canonically he's the same age as Bran), he's still too young for sex. But he might need a friend.

I feel kind of the same. It was unpleasant to watch at the time, but I'm just filing it under 'fictional!' and moving on.

I think this was a major misstep from Tony. It's a shame, because he'd been really entertaining whilst still keeping a grip on the game (with help from Trish) up until this point. But now, just as hypothesized, he's been unable to resist from making the flashy move, and I think it's going to have wrecked his chances.
