The Resident Evil films are a guilty pleasure.  I enjoyed the “final” film... which took some very inventive leaps to retcon the entire “continuity” of the series.   Dumb fun, but far from memorable.

Oh and one thought I forgot to include in the piece: I’m still baffled they didn’t have Stephen Colbert’s cameo be as an elf. He speaks fluent Elvish and has a chiseled face that could scrape copper. Sure he’s not very tall, but just give him some heels, dudes.

The currency is a joke, I just gave up on getting the really good gear because I wasn’t willing to pay for a chance at opening the right box for it.  I do have quite a few astral diamonds from crafting/selling stuff in the auction house but all they are really good for is buying more crafting supplies.

And I’ve seen attacks by the writers on this site against actors choosing acting roles because they didn’t agree with the actor’s choice of role.

I 99.99% agree with your point. The .01% is me being devil’s advocate and suggesting that maybe he purposely mispronounces the names because most people who watch the show might not pronounce them correctly anyway and the jokes would fly over their heads if they couldn’t understand what he was saying.

The scenes with Thor and the Guardians of the Galaxy were shot early on and had about 15 minutes of additional jokes.
