I think I saw three up there at one point

Sicario came out "to stream" back in December, via Amazon, Vudu, iTunes, whichever.

That's great news, this was one of the few shows where you could tell when a different director took over. Esmail and Oplev nailed it.

If you've seen Psych you know the general tone and pacing it has, just add in more gore. It's just a silly, odd cannibal semi-horror flick.

Lily Cole stole every scene she was in. Never heard of her prior, but I'm definitely a fan at this point. Oh and yeah, I agree that this was a pretty fun movie.

That was something I definitely learned as I grew up - people being clique-ish assholes doesn't end when you leave school, or (for the most part) ever.

The only complaint I've ever had with Bourdain is he tries too hard to be hip… with it. and it's painfully obvious at times. Otherwise, he actually seems pretty laid back considering his reputation.

I enjoyed it for what it was, a briskly paced rom-com with two mostly likable leads. I'm not sure what people really expect these days, I'm sold by just being entertained, this did that just fine.

To his credit, the 24 year old he was supposed to hook up was pretty cute too. And, you know, 24.

TTG feels like it's in a slump to me and I still don't get the love for SU though it does have an occasionally inspired episode. I do agree that 5 months seemed to take ATs stature down a little.

$55m budget isn't exactly a lower budget flick for him.

Rented this earlier today, it was a fun flick, really enjoyed it. Easily among the best "Same day as Theaters" VOD releases I've seen, though I know that isn't saying much.

I don't get the hate for that movie, but that did make me laugh. Oddly though, Ted 2 did 64% less business in the US than Ted 1, it did 54% less business in Japan.

It's one of the reasons "Get Schwifty" was so aggravating, they've been establishing Summer as a pretty solid character and then they just turn her into a complete idiot for a week.

Or that trying to recreate anything is always a bad idea.

It really wasn't a bad episode at all, it just wasn't up to the normal level of excellence expected out of this show. The Get Schwifty episode, now that was a piece of shit.

"On the subject of your ego, I'm Stephen fucking Hawking" won out for me

Time was less of a factor in the Scary Terry episode. But I love that episode, and was instantly reminded of it as well, as well as Inception, and Interstellar, and The Simpsons, and Futurama. It's just a good storyline.

I think an episode focused on Morty going through dimensions lost and then running into Bird Person would have been more interesting.

I'm sure they'll fuck up this dimension at some point as well and move on, that certainly helped with giant naked Santa and his shadow dick. I mean, as of now we're on Rick and Morty #1, Summer and Beth #2 and Jerry #2 or #3, a +1 to all of those may be necessary. Or hell, bring back Summer, Beth and Jerry #1.
