We know Hillary lost and we know Bernie Sanders polled much better than Clinton against Trump. The electorate clearly favored “outsiders” in the general so it was definitely a bad choice to pick the most inside insider.

Sanders voters not pulling the lever for Hillary is really not a thing that happened, especially in the cruscial states they lost, like Michigan. However, Hillary’s team shitting all over the help and ground crew Sanders offered in places like Michigan, that’s a thing that did happen.
