It is about the performance as well- a well structured album that has an arc to it and a thematic narrative is a type of performance in itself. Great albums aren't just made up of whatever songs sounded better, but instead how the song work together to elevate each other.

It's a valid statement, but at the same time it kinda diminishes the role performance has always played in popular music.
Jimi Hendrix was an incredible guitarist, but his showboating (playing behind his head, with his teeth etc) only added to his mystique.
The spectacle and performance of the Rolling Stones (and Mick

I honestly haven't watched the 'Visual album' yet, when the album was released and everyone talked about how powerful it was I made the concious choice to listen to it first without seeing any of the visuals so I could experience it just as music….and to me it held on that listen as a 'significant' album.
(Maybe the

Honestly that performance/ the mic failure was all worth it to see Hetfield angrily throwing his guitar at the end of the song. That 5 seconds is probably the most 'metal' thing the band has done in years.

One of my favourite things about this was how into the Time Jay-Z was! Nearly every other camera cut to Jay-Z throughout the night he was sitting there stonefaced, so seeing him so into the Time was a geniune surprise.

Even in Ethan's first appearance we have Giles casually punch him, and then in the next scene we see him wiping blood off his glasses as the show (heavily) implies that he just tortured Ethan to find out how to reverse the spell.

I'd rather McCartney drop his songs down a key when doing them live, when required, rather than turning to Auto-Tune.
(I mean I can understand the desire to sing the songs in the original key, but if he is strugging acknowledging his limitations and adjusting for it would be better for his voice.)

I found it ironic (and worrying) that the Lex Luthor's plan in JLU to become President involved presenting an image of humility and regret for his past actions, while Trump's real life succes suggests Lex's run for President would have been more successful if he played up all his worst instincts.

Ok, I'll bite then, what are some examples of what you feel make him an exemplary human being?
(And yes I do consider belittling your collegue to be an example of less than exemplary behaviour.)

Again I wasn't saying he's a dick- I was saying that his attempts to hide his huge ego behind a false humility can be grating.
The issue with songwriting credits has been going on for years, not just a single interview.
The tensions between him and George Harrison- and his dismissive nature of Harrison's songwriting-

He might not be an out and out dick, but he's got a huge ego and his attempts to hide it behind false humility can be grating.
(I always remember Glyn Johns story of recording a Wings album, and Paul came in before the session and told him to just ignore that Paul was a Beatle and treat him like any other bass player.

I've seen people on SW forums actively challenge those rumours, and point out how they contradict other reports from the set (alongside an interview with Carrie Fisher where she said her role in Episode 8 is her best since Empire Strikes Back)…we don't know anything for certain, but the way most reports are talking

I'd say there is still some evolving going on in Dylan's musical style- although it is subtle and more about playing around in exisiting older forms.
If you look at his Sinantra albums, and his recent live work, he's more or less using the pedal-steel guitar as the dominant backing instrument in performances, keeping

It was a combination of a few different factors:
The way in which she died- (Lesbian character being shot after a moment of intimacy has been a controverial trope for a long while now.)

From memory there was a story about how after the Avengers the main cast got together and negotiated a better deal for the sequels after the success of the first film (which was apparently further helped by RDJ insisiting they get better deals as part of his negotations for appearing in Age of Ultron.)

From memory it is more or less established in comics canon that Peter is handsome (what with him dating supermodels etc), and his social troubles were more to do with how shy and awkward he was growing up than because of the way he looked.

I can think of 4-5 or so that if any two of them died in the same year, it would mess me up more than the deaths of this year.

To be fair the writer's said from more or less the start that the Supergirl episode wasn't really part of the crossover- (saying the combination of it being lined up to be the mid-season finale, the fact that it was the first episode airing of the crossover group and the sheer logistics of co-ordinating the four shows

I can think of a handful of huge Rock-stars who are between Bowie and Cohen in age bracket, whose deaths would have a simillar feeling of impossibility…until they happen.
(I'm not gonna say any of their names, to avoid jinxing things…cause I mean there's still just under a month of 2016 left…but being realistic in the

Yeah definetly think there's no way they could not have been inspired by 'For the Man who has Everything' , I just wouldn't be surprised if they were not also somewhat aware of the Batman Animated Series episode that did a simillar concept.
