The point is, is that it's premeditated civil disobedience and trespassing. These people knew they were breaking the law at the time because they even went so far as to predetermine where they were going to pull their stunt.

So, what you guys are saying is that it's entirely ok for these yuppies to get away with their stunt, yet it's also entirely ok that 2 black kids, riding their bicycles on the same stretch of road during the same time, to get arrested, charged with trespassing, and have their bicycles impounded?

They should be arrested and charged with trespassing.
